I have lived here for seven months.
My neighbor downstairs hears every movement I make and I can hear her. I am kept up all night from her snoring (which you can hear in my LIVING room btw.) and every morning at 3am her alarm clock wakes me up. she is a fat, greasy woman who does nothing but sleep all day and i can not wait to be rid of her.
i have tried VERY hard to settle things with her but it never worked.
She has made TONS of complaints during all hours of the day because she can hear my computer (youve got mail!) or my radio.
every time someone comes to check the noise level THEY can not hear anything.

I begged management to talk with her and find out what she was hearing and what times. they never did anything. *i* ended up going downstairs to try to talk things out with her.

I moved here in august of 2003 and had a seven month lease.
I went before the tenth of february 2004 and asked them to please check my lease and tell me when it was up. they checked the computer and it said it was up in october 2004!!! i said that that wasnt right so they checked there paper files and told me it was up.

the MORONS had a paper that said my lease STARTED AUGUST 2003 and ENDED APRIL 2003.
i am the only one who noticed this and so they told me that my lease was up. I said it didnt seem rite (haha) and they told me they would get back to me.
i called them twice and went back there and finally i went back today and told them i was putting in my 20 day notice. they screwed me over so that now I have to pay marchs rent, too. i confronted them all in the office and they all had this "oops weve been caught" angry look on their faces. because.. theyd been putting me off and i called them out on it. im NEVER rude to any of them but i just went in ther and said. hi, so do u have the lease information. and they all looked at one another and made some lame excuses- got the paper lease thing out and i signed a sheet.

SUCH MORONS. dont live here.

also
two months after i moved here all but one of the maintenance guys were fired for doing crystal meth... THAT THEY bought from the residents!!! the park by this complex is called "dark park" lots of drug deals go down there.

I AM WARNING YOU. dont get yourself into this!

I dont know who you heard why they were fired from. But someone doesn't have their story straight.
