Eh...who needs sleep anyway'

When I moved in, it looked as if was cleaned by someone with A.D.D. but nothing horrible. Some mopping and vaccuming of the carpet took care of it.
Management staff is friendly and usually helpful. Luckily I haven't had to deal with them too much. Rent also gets expensive with a typical $40 for sewer and garbage and an average of $30 for power on top of rent. It sure adds up quickly.
My biggest complaint is with my neighbors. I get tired of people who go into the laundry room to have an argument. An argument that I can hear crystal clear through the thin wall and lasts about a hour.
Or the neighbor upstairs who decided to invite everyone and thier mother...literally..to party. I tire of going upstairs at 3 in the morning after suffering through an acapella version of AC/DC's "TNT". Nor do I really appreciate the WWF matches that took place nearly every night. I thought for the longest time that he was breeding angry elephants upstairs...
So...if you aren't trying to sleep, or don't really care, it's an okay place.
