I lived here in a one bedroom without a w/d unit and my husband and I who were never home (college students) were paying $60 every month for our utilities. Key Properties is making some money on renters.
Everything else was just ok, a little dumpy. Cars get broken into a lot, it is dark and creepy, etc. The whole area is kind of horrible. The other side of Vancouver is much better (fisher's landing area).
It's not worth paying so much for utilities. They are ripping people off!!!!
