There are so many problems i don't even know where to begin. Well first of all, what really bugs me is the bug problem there are ants every where i just can't get rid of them and the neighbor squashed a roach on our door and didn't clean it up.The bug problem has been brought to the offices attention but nothing has been done. There is mold around the doors and windows and probably on the walls they just painted over it before we moved in. painted over dry rot around the door ways and the ceiling in the bathroom is rotted and is leaking water. The noise is awful the walls are paper thin we can hear everything and i mean everything, i can hear the guy peeing upstairs. When he walks around up there the ceiling creeks so loud it sounds like he's going to come falling through the ceiling. There is a draft in the windows and doors so you pay more money to your electric just to keep your home warm. the crazy neighbor gets drunk and runs around the hallways banging on peoples doors to find out who called the cops on him, the cops were here four different times that night until they finally arrested him around 1am. Parking is a nightmare people have like more cars then there are people and most of the cars don't even run. two cars were stolen out of our parking lot by the same guy in the same night. the cops are here just about every day. when we first moved in our neighbors had chickens that would run around in the hallway. add on a extra forty dollars a month because the washer is like 100 years old and it takes like 3 different times for the dryer to actually dry your clothes, and your clothes smell like your neighbors. the kitchens are very small you can only fit like one person in there at a time. the water,sewer,garbage bill is ridiculously high. we're embarrassed to have anyone over.so if you don't want to live in the nastiest apartments in all of hazel dell don't move to parklane!!!!

Hehe you know those dryers are probably the same ones from when I lived there - In 1982-1987. The place was horrible then but when we moved out they change their advertising to 'Luxury'. The only thing luxurious about Parklane is when your lease ends.
