I lived here with my boyfriend for about 1.5 years. We liked that fact that rent was cheap, and that we were close to freeway access. Since we were pretty young (20 & 21) and only moving to our 2nd place, we weren't really apartment hunting saavy. The manager is not what she appears. Your first impression is "sweet, little old lady," but she is in fact "a grumpy, miserable, ---- old lady." She was great when we signed our first lease (6 months), so we renewed it for another year. My boyfriend and I went to the beach about a month after we signed our new lease to a broken front window and nothing was done about it. We were gone for 3 days!! I asked neighbors if they had seen anything, and they had but no one reported anything. It's careless. Yet, people were all up in our business about my working schedules, school, etc. IT was probably the neighbors that broke our windows and stole our stuff. My car was vandalized. Washer and dryer rooms suck. If you don't sit in the laundry room with your laundry, you'll notice random articles missing, or your wet clothes thrown on the floor from the washer. Eh, I think moving to this place was the worst decision I had ever made. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
