Where should I start' First of all the management sucks. They don't care about anything, but getting their rent on time. Our bathroom walls drip yellow and are moldy and we clean them weekly, however the mold still returns. Our toilet barely flushes also. The kitchen drips yellow as well. Basically the windows are so poorly insulated that it would make no difference leaving them wide open. I lay in bed and feel the freezing air on my face. Thankfully I have about four blankets to cover up with or I would freeze. The heaters in our unit barely work. We had them turned up as high as they would go for a whole day and they were only warm to the touch and very smelly. The neighbors park in our spot often. They also park in front of the dumpster and behind our spot so we can't get out sometimes. They have no respect. The pool is a little murky and the bathroom in the pool is always disgusting with no toilet paper and spiders. All these problems have been reported to management more than once and nothing has been done. Rent is 630 a month for a two bedroom which is a lot for the poor quality of these homes not to mention they're raising the rent. I would not suggest that anyone ever live in these apartments. I am looking forward to my six month lease to be up so I never have to step foot in this grungy place again.
