I would like to clarify some more stuff. the freedom of speech incident happened approx. 4 days after the fight incident i spoke to the maintenance man and told him that the seventeen year old was speeding up and down the street i put my hand up and he leaned his head out the window and said I quote "---- You ----- ------- punk." right in front of my 11 10 and 8 year old children i said to the maintence man it was still happening and he told me he was busy he would tell the manager about it and i should call the police i replied to our maintence man that the police cannot enforce any thing because of free speech it is an issue for the manager to handle and since the manager only cares about the rights of the person causing all the trouble not the rights of my children or other youth who are exposed to this lawless behavior. Not to mention i see the manager doing her job showing units to prospective tenants I wonder what they would think if she walked around the corner and seen the bahavior that my family and neighbors are witnessing they would probably turn and leave and if the owner new that since the fight was during the day time it could prevent them from filling units and from a business point of view that isnt good im very happy to know that u have tresspassed the person I seen him beat up. but because of the actions over the last year i doubt it is going to end i am appalled that a teen who has threatened and intimidated my family has been involved in multiple violant incidents including the one were i was chased down by the teen his uncle and friend after i called the police to report the verbal abuse the cops left and then they came to jump me cause i called for help that the manager would not assist with. and then the cops had to come back. well i am glad that such a well written response was wrote to try and save face for the apartment complex i have spoke to u MANAGEMENT many times and i would like to invite u to come speak to my neighbors all of them u know who we are my whole building can back up my claims i have elderly people who are very credible young families who are raising a child who dont want there young exposed to the behavior my children many more please come talk to us it is not just me we are all disgusted. It is a shame that the only way i can get a response is to leave a comment on a website that is easily found by googleing. So i am challenging you to be proactive and bring an end to this as i said my whole building will be happy to tell you how they feel just ask.
