Life is truly what you make of it. Our residency here has been enjoyable, and quite
frankly a great experience. The former management and the present management listens
to what the tenants talk about - weighs carefully what is said - takes appropriate actions. Its the tenants' responsibility to follow rules, bring any problems to the management's attention. Opportunities for participating in potlucks, annual garage
sales, game and cards events during wintertime, swimming in the heated pool year
round are available to everyone. Yes, the pool has had to be upgraded from time to
time. Mechanical failures happen to pools just like cars. I've had personal experiences with a lot of the people here - its truly an experience I won't forget.
We all can't have everything the exact way we want it to be. But, as far as I'm
concerned the relationship between the managers and tenants is only improved if you
talk with each other and pitch in to make it a better place to live. No one person
can be blamed. We each have to do our part to make a house a home; an apartment great to live in, and an apartment complex worthy of being rated with the best. While Parkview Apartments are a little older than norm, the charm and beauty hasn't left this ole place yet and almost all the people are warm and friendly to know.
