MOLD problem and Parking Stinks

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Parking is less than fun. There is a serious mold problem and my children have been sick since we moved in. I just poured bleach under the kitchen sink and haven't had quite as bad astma for 3 days . .. worrisome place to be.
