I think most of those complaints come from disgruntled tennants. I have rented at 4 different times 4 different units at this complex. Of course, when you have a big complex, you give up a little privacy, but this is a friendly clean, and convenient complex. The office staff are wonderful, professional, and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I have lived a total of 6 years on and off at this complex, and I keep coming back because it is a great place. It has easy freeway access, a nature trail for jogging or biking 2 blocks away, a beautiful park 1/2 mile away, and the small town feel that I missed while living in Portland for several years. I looked in Portland for a place to move to, and I can assure you that they have dumps for a heck of a lot more money than this complex. I guess what I can tell you about all the complaints is that,.. those people expect someone to cater to them, and they probably ----- about anything,.... probably the lazy welfare type.
