Great for under 25 late-night crowd, hell for everyone else

Summary:
If you like parties, loud music until 2 AM or later on a regular basis, police cruising the parking lot, beer cans in the hallways, and being ignored by the staff...it's a great place to live. Within the past two years, everyone with children and/or gainful employment seems to have vacated the premises. We are too.
