I lived in the Polo Club for 1 year. When I moved in the place was not clean at all. I would come home to trash in the parking lot and a garbage overflow in the dumpster. People would leave trash outside your door, cars getting broken into, cars getting stolen, and the police in the apartments every night.When I moved out I cleaned the place with two friends,and it was cleaner when we moved out then when we moved in. I was on a month to month lease because my lease was up in December of 2003 and they didn't contact me until January 15 of 2004, to tell me that my lease was up. I signed a month lease and told them I was moving out in February. So I paid until Feb.15 and moved out on the 13th that way I would have two days to get everything moved and cleaned. They are trying to sue me saying I didn't move out until the end of Feb. Also for damages. THERE WERE NO DAMAGES!!! Luckly my dad ownes a company and 4 guys from my work have it on there time card that they helped me move out. And also I have witnesses that helped me clean the place.I ran into my neighbor that lived across the way and she is also getting sued for the same thing. So watch out for this HORRIBLE PLACE!!!If anyone else is having problems write a review I would like to hear your story.

My mom lived here and the exact same thing happend to her.. The meth addict manager makes money this way for her addiction!!
