Loud, obnoxious...etc.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Similar to previous review. I wish I had not signed a year lease. Music and people always heard past midnight...especially on Sunday and Monday nights (''). A person who holds a decent job (or has kids that have a normal bedtime...this is not recomended).

Also...tenants let their kids run wild, management does not usually do anything about these things.
