I moved in about a year ago with a roommate, saving money on rent. My lease is up in about a month, and in the time since i've been here, 3 cars (including my roommate's) have been stolen. My brand new 2006 car has been stratched about a foot by some kids who are never supervised. The bathroom is leaking behind the toilet, complaints with noise, etc. I've seen police come out here quite a few times, even though it doesnt seem to matter because the manager didnt care when i reported about my car. So unless you have a car you dont care to be scratched, bikes bumped into, enjoy loud noises, kids and music, and like to clean and deal with maintenance issues, i would NOT recommend this place - it's terrible!

the maintenence problem here is ridiculous! you ask them to fix things and they blame you for them being broke! the trashy kids are ALWAYS unsupervised and it discusts me! Don't you love your children? Loving parents don't let them run around without anyone watching! Bad parents and neighbors are EVERYWHERE here!
