The manager(s) will literally rob you.
One of them has already been suspended for stealing money from the office.
They prey upon the poor community as well as people just starting out in the world. Often times people are tricked into paying cash, therefore not having money order stubs or receipts as proof of payment.
There have been several incidents where they've claimed to not receive rent/water/electric and just assume you aren't smart enough to save stubs or whatever you paid with.
Several residents have complained about this.

The quality of the apartment itself is appalling.
The carpets are dirty, worn out and old.
Not to mention strange melted spots and bleach stains on the carpet.
The walls are patched up poorly where you can see where people have punched holes through the plaster.

We were told there were fireplaces and new carpeting AND hard wood floors.
OUR APARTMENT HAS NONE OF THE ABOVE.
Turns out the pictures of the brochure they offer shows the apartments in the very front entry way.
The only apartments with fireplaces, new carpeting and hard wood floors are in only ONE select building.
There was mold under the dingy, scratched up off-white linoleum in both bathrooms.
The tubs have brown stains in the bottoms of them.
The bathrooms themselves were just gross when we moved in.
I don t know what they used to spackle the walls with but it looks like warts and dimples from ceiling to floor.

On top of that they sprayed for roaches not even three months ago.
But if that's not gross enough they wanted proof, they wanted the tentant to catch a roach and bring it to them to show that they weren't lying.
Because everyone, for fun, just wants their apartments sprayed for roaches.
They didn't even give noticed that they were spraying.
No advance or anything.

Oh, also no warning about the construction they were preforming on the roofs either.
Just wake up one morning to the sounds of hammering and smashing.

We assumed it was the sound of one of our not so pleasant neighbors stuffing his girlfriend in the walls, maybe after he lost his temper, killed her and attempting tp get rid of the evidence.
No...not an exageration. We really thought that. Got freaked out and were about to call the cops when our other neighbors came to complain to us of the construction noise.


They said rent would be $650 and is actually $670. After living here for six months they've raised it to a ridiculous $700.

Oh and we've had the police here numerous times.
Once to warn us of an escaped sex offender being hoarded here.
With a picture and mass of questions about our own neighbors.

At least one of the managers is crooked.
Her son practically lives in these apartments for free. Every time someone new puts in an application and forewarns the manager of their poor credit, she tells them she will approve them as long as they say they know her son, because if you say someone referred you to these apartments, you get $100 off your rent.
His neighbors have complained about his noise level off and on since hes lived here.

Looking for the actual management company is non existent;
And they wont give you the number even if you ask.

If you like living in a clean, nice, trust worthy environment.... well, this is not the place for you.

Having since moved here we have aquired personal items of protection as we DO NOT feel safe.
They also told us we could not change the locks to our own.
This is an opinion yes, but after having lived here and experiencing it we can safely say it s not a happy place to live. So just keep looking.

We should have.

Please, I am looking to put together a lawsuit and could use witness accounts, could you please help me? I have made an anonymous email address rentnightmare@gmail.com. You can also stay anonymous if you so choose, but we have all been had by these crooks and frankly I'm sick of it! We bought our first house recently, believing we were finished with Polo Club, but then 3 months later received a bill for nearly $1,000 less our deposit, for things we can prove with pictures we did not do! Please find it in your heart to help me, any of you people who have been rating!
