The staff is very professional. The apartments are amazing! I got to pick my granite color for the countertops. All the appliances are stainless steal. The size of the apartments are amazing for the value. 720 and the w/s/g and cable are paid!!! You should see the full size pool and playground!!! This is a must see. The best deal out there!!!! Brand new!!!!!

best way to live in an apartment! Very nice and roomey sized apartments, they paint some walls for you of your color! The kitchens are very nice and nice walk in closets! You cant ask for more and lower prices and great accomadations! Id hurry up and move in before they jump in prices! The staff is very friendly and helpful and although next to a dump, it never smells!!!!

It never smells because Prairie Park is actually located next to the TRANSFER station. This means that all the garbage and recycling taken there gets transferred daily to the actual dump.
