When we were looking at apartments and found this one, we were excited. We thought with the new construction, granite counter tops, new appliances including a washer and dryer furnished that we had found home. The first day we moved in, the downstairs neighbors complained that we had our TV on too loud. It was around noon and the TV was not even half-way up. We are now very careful to keep everything on low volume so as to not offend the neighbors. We feel like we can't even live. To make it worse, we can hear everything that our neighbors are doing.

The parking is another problem here. Each apartment is to only have two cars which should make it so that everyone has a place to park. You get one reserved parking spot under a carport then you have to find another spot that is not reserved for your second car. We usually end up with a spot way away from the apartment. Many people have started parking outside the gated apartment complex on the street due to not enough extra parking spots for a second car.
