I have lived here almost a year now and like others here I thought the new construction would be a big plus. Yes the rent is cheap-ish but so are the apartments. The appliances are extremely cheap, the closet and storage space are a cruel joke. The layout just doesn t make any sense and there isn t any good way to furnish it. I m positive the walls are made out of paper and in the middle of the night I can hear the person above me urinating in the toilet. I can hear full on conversations and other resident s televisions. The pool can simply be forgotten about due to all the kids and being that it s very small. There is a gate to get in and out which I also thought would be a big plus but it s more of a pain than anything. Most of the time there is a line to get in and that can be wildly frustrating at times. The gate s key pad has been broken twice so far and they charge for gate keys which is ridicules. There is only one way in and one way out if you are coming down 503 and you can t make U-turns if you want to go the other direction. The day I signed my paperwork to move in the girl that I was dealing with (Mindy) mumbled under her breath right in from of me when another resident came in late to sign his paperwork. So if you ask me, she at least is not professional. I haven t really dealt with the others so I can t say if they are or are not. So in a nut shell, DON T EVEN CONCIDER THIS PLACE! RUN AND DON T LOOK BACK! Trust me, when my lease is up I m moving out of here as quickly as possible because it was a huge mistake and you shouldn t dread coming home .

I think the pool is normal size. At times there are kids in the pool. But isn't that what a pool is for? My kids swim it all the time and they love it. The pool furniture is really nice too. I love the gate. I lived in ANOTHER apartment and my roomate left to go to work and came out and her car was on ROCKS!!!! So the wait is something that I am willing to deal with. And honestly its not that bad. I dont rememeber the gate ever being broken. I received one gate key for free and if I wanted another one it was five dollars. I don't think that is a crazy amount. Oh and just an fyi there is another way you can turn into the community. I have dealt with everyone in the office and they all have been very helpful. My work orders have been done same day. I have never heard my neighbor taking a pee. Hopefully you are not my neighbor! LOL. Anyways I think its a nice place to live.
