So, me and my boyfriend moved in last year, and we THOUGHT they'd be really nice since they weren't even finished with construction yet. Wow were we wrong. Everything breaks and is cheap and the maintenance takes FOREVER to fix it. When we moved in (no one had lived in it before) our rug was pulling up already, one heater didn't work, the tile was scratched in the kitchen and the cable didn't work and it took 2 MONTHS for them to fix the cable (halfway! it still didn't work in the living room). Our washer also broke withing a month of living there. And, they regulate EVERYTHING. You can only have this and this on your patio (they freaked about my regular chair being out there because it wasn't patio furniture but i don't have patio furniture and can't afford to buy any because they are way overcharging me for their cheapy apartments.) you can only have your air conditioner in this window and you must have a covering for above it, you can't do this, or that, or whatever. I lived in the smoking building and whenever my neighbors would throw their cigarette butts the whole building got complaints! We never in smoked on the balcony and they would still give us complaints. There is NO parking, seriously you'll come home and every single spot will be taken so you have to park outside the gates and walk in. The office staff tries to pretend like their place is the top of the line and freak out if there is anything that breaks regulations even if its just oh i backed into my parking spot instead of drove in front first. They are snooty and stuck up and really ----. The pool is so small you'd think it was a private one family pool. There are always nine million people in it and its only 5 ft deep at the most. Then they have a baby wading pool which is basically useless because everyone puts their babies in the "big" pool anyway. When I moved in the stairs to my apt were covered with some weird black stuff and had footprints dried into them. When I moved out, they tried to blame that on us! The walls are so thin that you can hear your downstairs neighbor taking a shower or talking to his wife. And then the office is all ---- if you make a tiny bit of noise yet you put up with everyone else's 24/7. The barrier on 503 makes it so when you're going to Battle Ground you can't turn directly left and if you're coming from Vancouver you can't turn directly in. This place sucks and is inconvenient. The staff are stuck up, and nothing is as nice as they try to make it sound.

It was probably a good thing you moved, considering you were so unhappy. Sounds like you would be happier somewhere that lets you put crap all over your patio and cardboard or foil above your air conditioner. I am glad your no longer live here, your the neighbor I would complain about! I am greatful to have management that cares about their rules, if you lived where I lived before moving here, you would be greatful for the way they do things. Snooty and stuck up are only words to describe management, if your GHETTO! Oh, and did you never realize they put in a back road FOR US so that we didn't have to worry about the median?!
