Poor attitude. Poor communication. For a gated community, security is a joke. It's a safe neighborhood though, so it's not too big of a deal. Community rules are enforced sporadically. Monthly news letters read as more of a threat than informational. Maintenance requests are slow if ever addressed.

You are a liar! Every maintenance request I have ever put in was addressed immediately & if not, then they called to let me know it would be taken care of the following day! They told me when I moved in the gate wasn't for security purposes, the addendum for it even says it is a PRIVACY GATE! Any rules that I have ever felt weren't enforced, once I informed management, they followed through & I realized it wasn't because it wasn't being enforced... it was because THEY DIDN'T KNOW & HOW COULD THEY? You are just as bad as the people not following the rules, by not bringing the issues to managements attention! Maybe monthly newsletters would be more friendly if people would follow the rules, & people like you would report the issues that need addressed! I cannot wait for all the unhappy & disrespectful people to move so this complex can be filled with the people who understand how apartment living works, people who follow the rules, & people who are greatful for what the staff does.
