The apartment is beautiful (but small). Nice kitchen, granite countertops, tile floors, everything you could want.
Parking is decent. Everyone gets a covered space, but the extra parking is very limited.
My only big issue with the place is the management. Like a previous reveiwer said, communication is lacking and to me, they don't seem to really care.
If you are only interested in appearance, this would probably be your best choice for the price range. But if you are wanting to have the place you live ran by people who care about there residents, you might want to look elsewhere.
My lease expires in September, and I won't be renewing.

We are very sorry to hear that you feel this way. We try to do everything possible to keep our residents happy & if there is anything we could be doing that we aren't, we want to know. Our residents are extremely important to us, & if you have any suggestions on ways that we can make that more apparent to you, please let us know. Feel free to leave your suggestions annonymously in our rent drop. As said many times before, if we don't know there is something wrong.... we can't fix it. -Prairie Park Staff
