We thought this place was great... for about a WEEK. We've only been here a few months and like other reviewers said, the appliances SUCK. The garbage disposal has broken twice. The hot water went out twice as well. The refrigerator had a space on the side so it was constantly getting filled with frost/ice and we had to have TWO people come and fix it because the first one said it was in our heads. We have a cat and this place is INFESTED WITH FLEAS!!!!!!! We use the good prescription medication and it is absolutely HORRIBLE the amount of fleas that were in here. The carpet was supposed to be new... RIGHT. The walls have these OIL MARKS that keep showing up in various places. There is a bee problem out back. And to top it off I cannot cook a damn meal in the stove because the oven light goes on every 10 minutes and burns my casseroles and cookies. It has had to be fixed twice, to know avail. ALSO, another reviewer mentioned that the maintenance guy sucks... I AGREE. He was a complete ------- when we asked him to fix things to the point of my b/f wanting to kick his ass if he ever came to our door. DON'T RENT HERE OR YOU'LL BE WRITING A REVIEW LIKE THIS. Ah well... back to looking at move-in specials for other apartments. I'm reading the reviews here first from now on!!! OH YEAH... and the DISHWASHER SUCKS TOO!!!!!
