Renter Beware

I moved to Prairie View in Dec. of 99 from Spokane, WA. We thought it was going to be a nice place to live....in the begining it was but once the manager we liked left it all went to down hill. The mold is a big problem...my neighbors had it worse than we did and the maintenance did nothing but paint over it.
The dog feces is a problem in the large grass area. Some people would just let their dogs run around and do their business.
And to respond to a past post...the manager's spouse...is an ass....but I think they were just dating when we lived there.
God forbid you dont have your passes when you use the exercise room or the pool...he thinks he is the police or something.
About the walls...they suck...for the 4 yrs we resided there we had 3 different neighbors that lived above us and 4 that lived next to us. It seemed like a high turnover...So the neighbors that lived above us when we first moved in were great then the neighbors from hell moved in...I liked to get busy if you know what I mean...they would wake me up at 2,3,4am with loud noises. I could hear them use the bathroom and walk throughout the apartment...
We complained to management and this is when the cool manager was their and she tried her best. The neighbor was an ass and eventually moved out.
Oh and while we were there a bail bondsman was stabed and the guy he was after was shot. This was one apartment unit away from us. Then we found out that a few woman had been raped in the complex and then there was some DV stuff that happened. The cable sucks, and the appliances are horrible too.
We were very happy to move out and the office staff is a bunch of uneducated B****
that think they are all that...very very rude and disrespectful.
I would not recommend this place.
