I have found that people who have more than one person in an apartment pay the same amount for garbage and sewer as the person with one. I also think we pay for the watering of the property to watch it run down the street. The paint job they did a year ago is now peeling, cuz they did not fill in, sand or prime these areas.
I wish they had reception for the apartments so I did not have to get cable....you will have to have cable to watch television.
Yes the apartments are very noisy as they are thin walls.....
Also VERY VERY VERY Drafty...causes a high utility bill and also Mold around windows is a big problem....maintenance won't do a thing about.
So these are things to consider....
