I have over 1500 sqft in my 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse all for less than $1000 per month. The staff is wonderful, clean grounds, highly motivated, and well maintained. Lots of parking, amenties and sits on 26 acres. I do not feel like I live in Apartment land, it feels like a home. I love that my door is inside, giving me a bit more security.
