I've been living in a two bedroom at Prairie View for a few months now and they are GREAT! I moved in with new paint and new carpet - it looked fabulous! I haven't had any problems at all. They are very spacious and a great price. I have had a lot of contact with the managers and they are very nice and helpful. Also, I had read the complaints on here before moving in and don't know what those people are talking about! I asked the managers about the mold I read about on here and they assured me that it was taken care of and gave me some papers about it. I feel very safe and happy here. I would recommend it to anyone.

Yea they gave me papers about the mold to that is Washington State law now that they have to warn renters about mold. Just wait till Fall and Winter comes, especially if you have furniture or clothes in a closet along a outside wall. YOU WILL GET MOLD GUARANTEED!!!! I talked to Maintanence about it and they said the only way the mold will go away is for them to tear down and start over and also replace all the windows because they are outdated. Good luck to you. But its the Managements job to fill the place not turn you away. You got lied too.

this is true. we are battling mold right now around the windows and in the closet. we had to throw away shoes, clothes, and a duffle bag because they were in the closet against the exterior wall. i can't wait to get out of this place!

I have lived here 3 years and no mold. So, not everyone has mold. You have to be responsible to keeping your place clean and aired out. Open a window and use a bleach & water solution, it will kill the mold.
