I have lived here for a year and have signed a new 1 year lease. I have not had a bad experience with the staff. I had a problem with the dishwasher not working. I called to have it looked at and they came looked at it and replaced it in about 4 days (I called on Thursday evening). Then most recently I had a problem with my sink overflowing. We called on Saturday about noon. They came out and took care of it that day. I didn't have a problem with hearing noise from neighbors except for hearing the bathroom water noises from the upstairs apartment. One problem is that I work graveyard and so sleep during the day. I have an apartment next to the pet area so I had thought I wouldn't have to deal with children playing in my backyard. I was wrong. I have even seen people having a picnic in that area. GROSS! But that is a neighbor issue and not with the managers. I am currently living with roomates but I am going to move out on my own soon. I am looking for a new apartment but with the experience I have had here and then reading all the extremely bad reviews I do not think you can believe anything you read on this website.
