I've been living here for a few months now and I have to disagree with who ever wrote that last comment.
It does sound like a manager wrote it.
The complex looked really good when I moved in.
It seemed as though after I moved in they didn't care about me anymore.
They promised to fix the problems with my apartment when I moved in and that they would have it done with in a day or so but it took them over a MONTH!! Their maintenance staff has always had a slow responce time and pretty greesy looking.
One of them was fighting or should I say "Yelling" with a neighbor over stupid stuff.
Customer service just isn't here.
Every time I come to the office to pay my rent or ask a question I get confronted like I'm wasting their time.
They changed apartment managers last winter and I have to say its horrible now.

I was referred to Quail Run because I am on Section 8 but after reading these posts I will not even check it out.

Be sure not to! Owner/manager thinks just because you are section 8 or low income you don't deserve a decent, safe place to live and they don't have to treat you with respect!
