i was sitting at my dinner table and i could see out my back door and 2 teenagers who were kissing and well i knew where it was going but could not belive my eyes in the daylight with kids all around the teenagers pulled down there pants and were having sex on the side of one of the appartments they didnt care who might be seeing this they just went at it i am so discusted that now i need to make sure my kids dont go outside cause i dont know what they might see this place has gone down so much its time for me and my family to leave QUAIL RUN!!!

I really have to say you all sound like a bunch of whining children!! If you knew to begin with there was no specific parking then why move here? If the staff had to get onto you about something do you think maybe your part of the problem????? How can they be in the office working, patroling the parking lot,picking up butts, tending to your whining needs and doing there work all at once? I really think you need to take a look at what is logical and not keep complaining about everything. Honestly if you dont like the place your in move on!

Interesting that "anonymous" is the only one with positive things to say and who slams the people who tell the truth....guess what? We DID move, be-yatch! Some people cannot afford to break a lease, dear and are stuck there for 11 months and three weeks longer than they would like!
We have never lived in a place before or since that was even CLOSE to being as horrid as Quail Run. Thank goodness we had the finances to be able to move...unlike some people.
My condolences to anyone who is decent that is stuck living there for whatever reason.
Methinks "anonymous" is someone in the office...
