When I first moved in, it was alright for almost a year. Problems: Maintence is a joke! Im still waiting for my toilet to get fixed, this was back in June. My fiancee fixed it thank god! At that wastnt the first time. When you asked for advise or anything in the office you get a "Im stupid" answer. And thats when its open. Parking isnt stupid, but its that way in most apartments anyway. Oh and the no dog policy, okay the a couple of tenants that have "helper dogs", but I dont think the pit bulls are qualified in that catagory. I have seen the cops show up here weekly, I have watched them flat out draw guns and bring k-9 dogs also, what the f*** is that about' Speeding, well its not the managers faults its the dumb a$$ young people that have to show off there crapy rice burners. I will tell you this, I will not let the Quail Run staff intimidate me, if they got a problem with me, I will show them who is BOSS! If they loose my paperwork or anything like that, I will have the law on my side and it websites like this that will back you up! I added my fiancee to my lease, paid the fees and went through all the garbage with phone call and all that, and he isnt on the lease, go figure! Id say pick and choose your battles. I wont let apartment staff run my life just cause I rent here, so be a natzi all you want sweety!

Wow, this is the first time I found this site, and I am AMAZED there are others like me. So I am not the only person who has issues with the IMMATURE IDIOTS with the rice burners.. They live in unit 713 I believe? I am so fed up with that! I have asked NUMEROUS times for them to stop but they do not listen. This is outrageous. This community needs to unite, we have every right to feel 'at home' and at peace in our homes, WE PAY RENT, we have those rights! and STOP WITH ALL THE DOOR SLAMMING! It is a bit ridiculous!
