I have lived here for four years and it is the best place I have lived. Those of you posting on here must be the one's that are the problems. Or you have been evicted and won't let it go because you are bitter. Let it go and harass where it is you are living now. This is a great place to live and please keep in mind that when people can't live by the rules in apartment communities they blame everyone else but themselves.

We weren't evicted...always paid our rent on time, never had a complaint and never caused any problems for the staff. NEVER broke a rule or were written up. Ever.
Unlike managements friends who lived kitty-corner from us
In fact they gave us a glowing recommendation for our new place.

If not the manager at least the people that the manager is letting get away with whatever they want! These apartments have been run into the ground. I was not evicted either. As a matter of fact, the manager tried to talk me out of moving I was such a good renter. I am now and have been at the Cascades for two years now and couldn't be happier. I have ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS! Office staff is FANTASTIC, grounds are clean, maintenance is on the spot and parking? I have my own space! They really put Quail Run to shame but of course a cardboard box under a bridge next to a freeway in the pouring rain would be better than Quail Run! Sorry Pam, I don't think you could manage another complex, and keep your job anyway!
