I am scared to rent again!

This was the worst experence of my life and i am scared to rent again! i got my first apt. at Quail run after living there with my mother for 3 years, i had a roomate and a boyfriend first darcy (the manager)told me my boyfriend was NOT allowed to stay the night and that my friends were NOt allowed in my apt. with out me being there she told them they needed to get out of my Apt. when i had left to go to the store with my roomate, she made them leave,she told me my friends HAD to knock before entering the Apt. she told my my Brother was not allowed in my Apt. i payed my rent on time every month! for five months until my roomate moved without notice two days before rent was due Darcy had taken her off the leace with out me knowing and evicted me for NON-PAYMENT of rent before rent was due! I WILL NEVER RENT AGAIN because of Quail run!

Tomika-let's be realistic! You had your brother and your boyfriend living there all the time (names not on the lease). You changed your locks so thus for you moved your roommate out on your own. You had people over all the time, all your friends worked on their cars in your garage, you had a dog, your apartment was filthy, you threw garbage of your balcany, you had parties, you ignored anything and everything management said and you had people over at all hours of the night. YOU NEVER paid your rent on time and you had multiple complaints. I am so sick and tired of people bitching about me and my managing. All I did was follow the rules. I haven't even worked there for 6 months now and I still deal with -------- from Quail. Grow up, your problems are not mine and the way you acted is your own damn fault.

Wow I don't know where to start. To the first person "Tomika" the courts don't allow a landlord to evict someone for Non-payment of rent before rent is even due.......And to you Darcy....(yes Darcy) it is obvious that you felt attacked and felt a need to respond. Why would you stoop to her level?????? If you were doing your job then you would not have to defend yourself by airing her dirty laundry! You exposed yourself by making statements that only you would know....talk about growing up.It really shows your work ethics if you can't understand only those that are disgruntled are generally the only one's that post on these web-sites, if you truly read what they write you can tell they can't live by the rules. Every apartment community has the same rules. It does not matter where someone lives if they are trash the trash has to be taken out.

Darcy, if you read this.. No you did not do your job. If you did the losers who make this community a bad place to live, would have been gone. You neglected the complaints, this I know. I know many tenants and many of us have had the same issues! I find it quite funny you wrote some one back! From what I have seen, this is not the first complaint about you. Pitty

To anyone who wants to rent here. I am Tomika's mom. I moved into Quail Run when they hadn???t even completed construction. In the three years I lived there, they went from a nice, quite, affordable community to, for lack of a better term, a holding cell for criminals! If anyone would care to open there eyes they would see the drug dealers right there in there own front door. To allow KIDS to run the office, Pam's kids and her high school buddies that is to run a perfectly good place for young and old alike into the ground is a disgrace. Favoritism and gossip is not a way to run an apartment complex. The office staff is the most unprofessional people I have ever met and I used to meet a lot of people being an apartment manager for 10 years myself. My daughter may not have been the best tenant but the issues started long before she did. Pam, Tomika may have needed to be evicted but so should have the other person who WAS on the lease. The one who was mysteriously taken off of the lease the day before Tomika was served. Hmmm, was it because she was friends with Darcy? For those who are happy living there, you???ll get caught and thrown in jail someday. Pam you should be ashamed as a grown woman and a mother to conduct yourself as you do. The investors must be so proud.

Just so everybody knows, THIS IS DARCY. I have not written any comments back to Tomika and I think it would be a complete waster of my time to respond to somebody who doesn't live at the apartments anymore and that I don't work at anymore. I have no contact with Pam, Tabitha, or Quail Run/PacifiCap and I plan to keep it that way. I have been gone for over a year and really just wish that my name would be forgotten at Quail Run/PacifiCap. Thanks
