Ever since i've moved in, i was told the roof was fixed and there where no problems. I've called many times to complain about the problem but nothing was done. You can't get anything done just by calling!!!!!! Once i started to writing to them, they started moving their butts! The roof was leaking for a long time and when i went into the office to asked for a transfer, the worker went and told the manager of my situation and the guy was scared to come out and tell me that i needed a better reason for a transfer than having the roof leak between the wall!!! The right person in his mind wouldn't say that and his name is Lyiel, the guy is ignorant and the district manager, oh man was she scared. Her name is Pam, i don't know how she got to being a DM but she needs to get fired!!!!!!!!!!!! The lady has no respect for people and she's very rude and tries to be bitchie but i stopped her cold in her face, so she told me that i'm not getting a transfer and nothing from her!!!!! She also said that shes been in this business for a long time and that basicly says that she doesn't want to spend money and won't help anyone!!!!!!!!!!!
I've also asked for a Corporate number and Lyile called her and goes, hes here and needs corporate number and Pam told him not to give it to me but gave me the office e-mail and when they respond, they don't put their contact info or name. This tells me that their afraid that if i get to the corporate, their butts are going to be the first inline of getting fired!!!!!!!!!!!!
All i have to say, this place is a dump, manager is ignorant and DM is so stuck up in her butt!!!!!!!!!!

I totally agree with you because thats how they are, they charge but don't want to fix anything and the place is dump!! Good Luck Man!!

Does Mariam still work there? Dumb gutter slut! She needs to keep her WILD children in line, and leave Quail Run because I am sick of dealing with her children!!!!
