I just moved out...thank GOD!! This place was a dump...it rained hard one Saturday night and my whole apartment flooded. I called and left an emergency message, the apartment manager called the next morning to tell me they could not get anyone out there until Tuesday.......I had to move all of my things and deal with the awful smell!!! When someone finally came on Wednesday to look at the carpets they suggested replacing them but the complex is so cheap they just had them rip them up and replace the pads...gross!!!! Luckily I was moving so I didn't bother to argue..the carpets still smell awful and they charged me for the carpet cleaning when I moved out a week later.....what crap!!!! I called to complain and the Manager..good luck with her..told me all I could do was write a letter to HER to try and get some of my deposit back!!! Also, my car got stolen from the street out in front of the complex...Move in if you would like but trust me you will hate it!!!!! The manager is the worst..I don't think I can stress that enough!!!
