We lived there from Jan- Aug of this year. Our 6 month lease was up in July and we chose month to month for personal reasons (none to do w/ the apt) and so our rent went up about $40.

We lived in a nice 2 bed townhome. Maintenance fixed things pretty quickly and we had no troubles with the staff.

The only things I didn't like was the noise. The walls were a little thin and you could hear your neighbor going up and down the stairs. I've lived in a townhome before and while you could hear the neighbor on both sides, it wasn't AS loud as here at Springbrook. Some of the neighbors would be out late at night and be rude. I did complain quite a few times and staff did try to take care of the issues. Patrol responded well too.


The free membership to the Y is nice too and the grounds are kept up.

For utilities, we used heat quite a bit and our bill was around $75 a month (this includes electricity, gas, & heat). Water/sewer was around $25 a month.
