My very first apartment was at Springbrook Village and not only was I pleased with all the space I had (for such an amazing price) I was also very impressed with management. The only time I was unimpressed with the person on the line and they way they deltwith my problem, I reported it to the manager and within a few weeks the person was fired. The parking is somewhat of a downfall, I would have been willing to pay for assigned spots, just to avoid walking a few buildings at night just to get home, but when you brought this to their attention they were very understanding and explained that the parking was not thaught through when they developed the property and why assigned parking wasn't an option. Just them being understanding made me feel like they care, even if they didn't. :)
I had to move out under personal difficult circumstances and the management did WHATEVER they could to make my move easier on me!!! I would go back if I had to move again! AND BOY DO I MISS MY YMCA MEMBERSHIP!
