Springbrook Village
AVERAGE RATING

I moved to springbrook 3 yeaars ago and was told when moving in that they hadn't raised their prices in 6 years. The price was great and they had the free YMCA membership so I choose them.
Since then they have risen rent 5 different times to over $125 from what I was first paying almost as if they wanted me to move. As others have said, the walls are very thin and the people who live here are young and have no respect for late night hours so you hear a lot of people after 10PM. You can also hear people in the parking lot talking no matter how loud as if they were in your room.
The staff is always nice and they fix things fast but that is about all they have going for them.
If you still want to move here here is some advise: get a loud fan so you can sleep at night, and sign as long of a lease as you can as the rent will go up about every 6 months

Only $125 rent raise over the last 3 years is AWESOME! With how the market is right now, it is virtually impossible to find an apartment complex in the city of Vancouver that has ONLY raised that much, even in the last year. AND A FREE YMCA MEMBERSHIP! Do you know how much you would be paying for that?! If you want to move thats fine, but good luck finding somewhere that is any cheaper and isn't raising rents like crazy right now!
