I moved here over 2 years ago and had nice neighbors. They moved out. I have new neighbors on every side of me that deal and smoke weed out of their apartments. It gets hot so I open my windows just to be nauseated by weed and nicotine very strong. I can't turn on the ac because it just sucks the smoke in the apartment. I reported this to the apartment complex 5 times. They said, "We can't do anything about it unless we see them doing it." They mostly sell and smoke weed at night when the office is closed. I talked to springbrook today about it and they said, "Ohh sounds like you have pot heads for neighbors, have a nice day!" <--exact words. I called the cops 2 times when my neighbor is outside on his bong and the cops took an hour to show up and by that time he already went back inside. The cops say he will not answer his door and they can't enter his house and just to keep calling them back until they see him outside. Also be aware your rent will go up every time your lease is up. They raised mine an extra $600 a year.
