I went on a tour recently at this place and found it to have the best service and the greatest clubhouse with all the bells and whistles. Although I was over qualified I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for an affordable well maintained community and caring knowledgable staff. Well worth it.

Just taking a tour of this property can give you a false impression. During the daytime hours when kids are in school, the complex appears quiet, but if you visit it after 4 PM, you'll see a whole different view. Lots of kids unsupervised playing in the parking lots or fighting with each other near your cars. On more than one occasion we found small children, (appearing younger than 2-3), wandering aimlessly in the parking lot.

While I agree that the club house looks WONDERFUL, it kind of ends there. The pool is NOT well taken care of and the chemicals are completely out of balance.

As another poster already stated, the customer service seems great until you sign your lease. At that time, they cease being receptive and become exceedingly rude and at times, downright hostile. (While they were never hostile to me directly, I witnessed their behavior to some of the other residents.)

Since the vast majority of the residents are low-income, many of the office staff attempt to "get-away" with whatever they think they can, because they assume people are too ignorant to know any better. I personally caught the manager doing this on several occasions and was even asked to not mention their transgressions to other residents. (And some of these were totally illegal.)
