The management at this property are very shady and attempt to take advantage of the fact that most of the units are set aside for low income. They appear to mistake the term "low income" for "low intelligence". On more than one occasion when it was brought to management's attention that they were attempting to do something illegal per the Washington state landlord/tenant laws, the management asked us to "not say anything" to other residents. That right there was a HUGE red flag that something was wrong.

While I liked the majority of my immediate neighbors, there were some who were nuisances, about which the office did NOTHING. From exceedingly loud parties to neighbors' children spitting and urinating on cars. Yes, urinating.

The parking situation is ridiculous. As someone else posted earlier, there are very few "VISITOR" slots for a complex of this size and located only at the entrance of the property. If you live in a building toward the back of the property, your guests will have quite a trek back to their vehicles.

Also, watch out for charges for the move out. I made sure to do a walk through with the property manager present and she still attempted to keep all of our deposits AND to charge additional monies. She even told me that our apartment was one of the cleanest/least damaged she'd ever seen. After several months we did end up getting the majority of our deposit returned, but it took some doing. She attempted to charge us for things that weren't necessary, like replacing spotless carpet and repairing a water leak from our upstairs neighbors bathroom. We fought it and got the majority of our money back.

This place is a joke and not worth the money you think you'll save. There's very little feeling of security due to the exceedingly high crime rate in the complex and the noise is unbearable at night.

Also, watch out for opinions where the author has either not stated that they lived there are flat out tells you that they didn't live there. They really don't have any basis for a valid opinion considering they never witnessed the true nature of the complex.
