Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I do agree, noise problems never were resolved. We called the cops on 3 seperate occasions and filled out noise complaints up the wazoo and our upstairs neighbors were never kicked out. Most of the people living there were very rude, the kids had no respect for anyone or anything. The management was ok but couldnt solve a darn problem and we recieved partle deposit back and our apartment was emaculate when we moved.
