I wrote a review on this place when we were currently living there. I wrote a lot it in anger and wish to revise my thoughts on springfield meadows. when you move into apartments you need to expect some noise and discomfort with your neighbors. It was a mistake for us to live so close to that main road. We also should have either chosen ground level or the top level.being in the middle was a mistake.people above and below annoying us. The middle level is good for people who are either not home a lot or sleep really hard. It was great having a roomy 4 bedroom apartment. It was clean when we moved in and we were very happy to recieve almost all of our deposit back when we moved. We were charged for some painting, a mini blind and those darn closet doors going to the washer and dryer we got a tiny hole in and that cost us like 200' i cant remember the exact cost. and a 40.00 charge for a stain that our carpet cleaner we hired didnt get out. Everything very fair and i only wish the place we had moved out after them had been so fair to us.
yes, kids ran around the parking lot. parking is tight..but thats apartment life for ya. Overall springfield meadows isnt that bad if you choose the right location. It just wasnt right for us with our family. We had lived in an apartment before for nearly 2 years and it was great, but we were in a flat with only one silent neighbor sharing a wall with us. i was pregnant and angry when i wrote my post and i wish to revise it by saying it just wasnt for us and its not that bad of a place. sorry val for shocking you with my previous post. you are a very nice woman and im sorry i offended you. sincerly, old tenants in #p169 qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
