Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
When we first moved in our upstairs neighbors would physically fight ALL night long resulting in calling the police on many occasions. They left and new neighbors moved in who were noisy and rude. Downstairs neighbors would play LOUD music all day and night, management did NOTHING. When we moved management LIED about the condition of the apartment to get more money from us and refused to return our security deposit. We were required to file a small claims lawsuit against them.
