Never again

If it wasnt for the fact that I am trying to make ends meet after getting my divorce and having always been a stay at home mom until now, I would never again in a million years pick to live at Springfield Meadows.
I have four children who are very well behaved, however many of the other children are NOT. My son couldn't even go out to the play area without other kids stealing his toys, hitting him, or breaking his toys.
We had to close our windows because we got tired of hearing all the swear words flying around. The grounds are never kept clean and there is trash all over. There is only one trash compactor and sometimes it would get so full we would have to keep bags of trash at our house until it was empty or risk getting fined for leaving the trash next to the compactor. *they really should get a second one or at least get the contract upgraded so they empty it more often*
As for parking, I had to park in the visitor section at the whole other end of the apartments most of the time because there is no assigned parking and when I would get off work there would be no parking left near our building.
We could always hear our neighbors.
And forget getting things fixed when things would break. I think they hire people off the street with no experience or something because we had to call 3 times for the same problem. I finally got tired of calling them and them not fixing it so I read up on how to fix it and did it myself. This didnt just happen once. When the dishwasher would run, a hose by the sick would sput out water and soak the counters. The pipes under the sink were often leaking, the freezer would often not keep the food cold but the fridge would ice up the food, the toliet leaked around the edges, and the water in the tub would only get luke warm. Our front door knob was not a good fit and would get lose every few weeks and we would have to screw it tight again, and if we finally got someone out to fix something they normally did not have the parts to fix it or they would act like they were fixing it, and when they left the problems would still be there.
The office is actually very beautiful, but thats where it ends. The rest is a nightmare.
