We live in a one bedroom currently and are just about to renew our lease and upgrade to a two bedroom for our 9 month old daughter. These apartments are awesome! The staff is always friendly and VERY helpful. The "fix-it" guys are great! Always on top of things and really really nice! The price isn't bad either, especially for a covered car port AND washer and dryer! We love this place! Sure noise is heard but that's normal! You're going to get it in EVERY apartment you live in! Like I said the staff is out of this world amazing! Even when we were unable to pay rent on time they ALWAYS worked with us! They are MUCH more than just another place to live, they are like family!

HaHA. Not true. You either work her, or are friends with someone who works here. The people in the office are jokes. They don't give a crap about anyone here. The manager is the worst I have ever seen in my life. I have lived here almot a year now and can't wait tell my lease is up. This place is a nightmare!!

I think possibly the 2 of you are high! I lived at Springfield and loved every minute of it. There were issues, but I've never lived in the "PERFECT" apartment community...
