Don't believe what they tell you when you come to see this place. It's filled with hidden charges and staff that breaks their own rules, yet trys to regulate others, but never the ones that really should be regulated. The manager is very nosey, almost to the point of being illegal, and my car was vandalized more than once, and nothing was ever done about it. My kids constantly step in dog "poo" that is supposed to be picked up, and unsupervised kids run rampant throughout, all hours of the night. Poorly built, and has cheap appliances that never seem to work well, and when asked to be maintainanced, the cheapest possible "fix" is done. My dishwasher leaked the entirety of my lease, and when I would call them to fix it, they would say it was fixed, just to continue to leak under my kitchen sink, leaving a mildewy stench and the kitchen floor to start bowing; just for them to try to blame it on me. When I moved in, all the floors where new, but because all the runners that meet the wall and the floor were taken off, they never put them back correctly, and they all continued to fall off. Definitley NOT worth what they say they are. Despite it's nice-looking exterior, they seem as if they were thrown together with the cheapest materials they could find, just to rip people off when they move out for all the "maintainence" costs to fix the shoddy appliances. My front door doorway wasnt even level. Save yourself the grief-dont rent here.

I have lived in this complex for 5 years and do agree that the construction is unmitigated crap. Kids are going to be a problem wherever you go, but the over charges ( I have changed apartments once here and have no such experience)and the "snoopiness" of management and "cheap fixes" by maintenance, are not true to my experience at all.
