My husband, son and I lived in a 2 bedroom for 1 year. In that time, we called the exterminator out almost a dozen times. Ants INFESTED our apartment. I am a very tidy person (I have OCD) and was told that the ants kept coming because my neighbors apartment was filthy. We had extremely rude neighbors that partied all night and left their beer bottles all over the place. We lived right next to the playground and most of those people had kids that were not very well behaved. The trash compactor went out twice and took a week to fix so there was garbage everywhere. When we left, they sent us a bill for over a thousand dollars to repair things that were broken when we got there. We even wrote it all out and gave them a copy of all the damages. The only good things about the apartment is Becca, one of the managers, and one of the maintenance guys if you're lucky enough to get him. Good luck if you still choose to live there!
