This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. The management is horrible to the point they will lie about you to get back at you. The children are all unsupervised, and the awful pre-teens and teens they have living there make it almost unbearable. My small children were clipped by a kid on a bike or scooter more than once while we were trying to walk on the SIDEWALKS, while they were literally yelling at us to move out of their way. The trash is horrible, the children spit everywhere on the sidewalks, the apartments are WAY overpriced, people use the hot tub for a bathtub (seriously), and the management not only doesn't care, if you do, they will make your life a living hell! Please stay away from here, especially if you have young children.
I read some of these reviews before I moved in and I took them with a grain of salt, but they are all true. The absolute worst person there is Valerie Hays, who happens to be the manager and she will make you think she is the nicest, best, most understanding person on the planet --- she is a WOLF in sheeps clothing, stay away from her or she will try to ruin your life if you have even a little problem. I could go on, but hopefully you have gotten the picture and will heed my warning! For those out there who want to question my motives, my rent was always paid on time, I always followed all the rules, and we really tried to keep to ourselves. This is an honest review from a good family.
