I have lived there 2 times, both of which I experiences the good, the bad, and the UGLY!!
The first time we lived there, It was under horrible management, but excelent maintenance. The management was rude, inconciderate, disrespectful, and even abusive, especially to children. We moved in just before Christmas of 2001 and we were out on April 2, 2002 and we lived on the 2nd floor towards the back.
The second time we lived there was much different. The management was wonderful, but maintenance was slow and sloppy. We lived bottom floor and in the front. We moved in April 2, 2005 and had a wonderful time, at first.
With 5 kids, we never had a problem with naps or sleeping (although there were nights where upstaris was a little loud, but be real, it is an apartment and as anyone who's ever lived in an apartment knows, sound travels fast). The playground, although very little equiptment, has lots of room to run and use ones imaginations as so often forgotten. Most of the nieghbors were friendly and always willing to help each other. Although as with any place, there were small problems from time to time. Overall, it was one of the better of many places we have lived in clark county.
However, once the maintenance started getting better, the management shifted once again back to the horrible and ugly. The abuse and slander started once again. That is when we left again May 2, 2006. The rating/recommendations I have left are a reflection of at the time we left. I advise you all to not only see for yourself, keeping in mind the following paragraph, but ask the other residence there and see what they have to say. Trust me, they will have no problems telling you the experiences they have had.
One thing we have learned from our experience there is if the management is good, maintenance is bad; and when the maintenance is good, the management is UGLY!!!!!!!!!!!
