I moved into these apartments a couple of months ago and when I did the walk-thru of my apartment I was appalled. There were things that were seriously lacking...but after a few trips to management and constant hassling I am now happy. The noise level is quite high...on the third floor you can hear the water used on the first (no one is currently living below me).
The lighting in the stairwells and the parking turns off and on at will...you'll go outside in the pitch black and there will be NO LIGHTS!
The playground isnt the greatest...one of the swings is gone and there is grass growing in the barkdust..
I'd only recommend this place to people that are lucky enough to get a decent place..one that has been taken care of...because the 900 sq feet is nice..
